A. Arizona Highways digital edition is a replica of the printed magazine. Follow this link to find out more.
Q. What should I do if I don't receive an issue?
A. If an issue is missing or more than two weeks late, write, e-mail, call us, or follow this link, making sure to include information from your mailing label from a previous issue. We'll send you another magazine to replace the missing issue (supplies permitting) or, if you prefer, we'll extend your subscription by one month.
Q. How do I read my mailing label?
A. Your mailing label contains several pieces of information that are valuable to you and will help us serve you faster when you contact us. Please be sure to attach it to any correspondence you send us or have the information handy when you call us.

Q. What if I can't find my mailing label information?
A. Provide us with the complete name and address exactly as it appears on the subscription. If you have moved or changed your name in the last eight weeks, please provide the old name and/or address as well.
Q. How do I ensure my Arizona Highways subscription will continue uninterrupted when I move?
A. If you are moving or temporarily changing addresses, let us know at least six weeks in advance to avoid interruption in your service. Call or write and be sure to include your mailing label information from the old address as well as your new address. If you seasonally move at the same time every year, please give us both addresses and the dates you will be moving and we can update your account to automatically change your address for you. This will help avoid missing an issue.
Q. What is Arizona Highways' policy regarding mailing lists?
A. Occasionally we may make our subscribers' names available to carefully screened companies whose products or services might be of interest. We might also use your postal or e-mail address to notify you about updates to our Web site, new products and services, or upcoming events we think you might find interesting. If you do not wish to receive e-mail or mailed marketing materials from us, or you do not want us to share your e-mail or postal address with other organizations, please let us know in writing and include your mailing label with your correspondence.
Q. What is Arizona Highways' return policy?
A. SUBSCRIPTIONS: The balance remaining of a cancelled PAID subscription will be refunded. Depending on method of payment, the refund will either be credited to a credit card or a check will be mailed within 30 days.
PRODUCTS: The price of returned products ordered will be fully refunded, excluding shipping charges. Depending on method of payment, the refund will either be credited to a credit card or a check will be mailed within 30 days.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of any shipping delays of over two weeks.
Q. What methods of shipping does Arizona Highways offer?
A. WITHIN THE U.S.
Please allow 7-10 business days for standard delivery. Orders may be shipped in multiple packages, which may not be received the same day. For HI and AK, please add $15.00 per shipping address. EXPRESS DELIVERY: For an additional $20.00 per address, your order can be delivered within three business days of receipt.
TO ORDER FROM OUTSIDE THE U.S.
Include credit card information or payment in the form of a bank draft in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Please add $15.00 per shipping address.
Q. What methods of payment does Arizona Highways accept?
A. VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express credit cards; checks or money orders made payable in U.S dollars to Arizona Highways.
