Tempe High-Schoolers Design Ornament for Washington, D.C., Tree

An ornament designed by students at Tempe High School will represent Arizona at the National Christmas Tree Display in Washington, D.C.

A Tempe Union High School District spokeswoman says the ornament will be featured in the tree-lighting ceremony tomorrow (Thursday, December 4) in Washington. Russ Cannizzaro, a Tempe High art teacher, will attend the event.
