THE STORM OF THE CENTURY... SO FAR

Ten months ago, on February 20, it started snowing in Arizona. And then it snowed some more. And then it kept snowing and snowing as a strong low-pressure system moved across the upper two-thirds of the state. In some places, more than 3 feet of snow piled up - Flagstaff and Show Low set single-day records. Even the desert got up to a foot. And by the time it died down on the night of February 24, the winter storm would rank as one of the 10 biggest in Arizona history.
