Petroglyphs adorn the sandstone walls of a proposed national monument. Should the monument be approved, it will protect 400,000 acres and preserve the natural, cultural and historic value of the region, where at least 13 tribes maintain cultural and ancestral ties to the land. Tell us the name of this proposed monument.
