NATIONAL MONUMENTS OF ARIZONA
The designation of Tuzigoot Ruins, near Clarkdale, as a national Monument, brings the tally sheet to 15 national monuments in Arizona-greater than the number in any other state. With Grand Canyon National Park the greatest scenic attraction in the world and with 15 national monuments attracting national attention, little wonder is it that Arizona is becoming the goal of all travelers. Rainbow Bridge National Monument is in southern Utah, just over the state line. It is reached through Arizona, but is not counted in Arizona's grand tota!.
