"Landscape in Pastel - House Rock Valley"
BY: DON WRIGHT,D. W. CLAASSEN, M.D.

Days follow days, months follow months, and years follow years for the ordinary mortal. Then there is the end. For the humble, immortal Carpenter named Jesus, centuries follow centuries and more centuries. For Him there is no end nor will there ever be an end.

He was an itinerant preacher and teacher. His words were never written by Him on papyrus nor parchment, never chiseled in stone, never engraved in tablets of bronze. Papyrus and parchment turn to dust and are blown away by the wind; stone disintegrates and becomes sand; bronze can wither with time and weather.

His words were written in the hearts of men. They are imperishable as long as men of good will exist on this earth, as long as men and women can lift their eyes and hearts Heavenward believing in the simple truths He taught. May there be Peace on Earth and To All Men Good Will. Ring the Joyous Bells of Hope and Gladness so that all men may look ahead to a better world and a better life. Christmastime is here. ...R.C.
