Sealed bids for Surfacing and Oil Processing the Mesa-Florence Junction Highway will be received until 2:00 P. M., April 25th, 1930, and then publicly opened and read at the office of the Arizona State Highway Commission, Phoenix. Arizona. No bids will be received after the time specified.
All bids must be marked upon the outside of the envelope "State Highway Contract, F. A. P. 7, Reo., Surfacing and Oil processing," and MUST CLEARLY SHOW THE NAME OF THE BIDDER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE ENVELOPE.
The work, which begins approximately six and one-half (62) miles southeast of Apache Junction and extends approximately six (6) miles toward Florence Junction, consists of surfacing and oil processing by the Road Mix Method, approximately six (6) miles of roadway, and is to be completed on or before August 15th, 1930.

Bids will be made only upon the bidding forms as supplied by the Department, and which forms will only be supplied to contractors whose statements show sufficient experience and financial resources to properly construct the work contemplated.

Sealed bids for furnishing 65-70 Asphaltic Road Oil f.o.b. refinery and also freight from source to Mesa, Arizona, will be received until 2:00 P. M., April 18th, 1930, and after the disposal of F. A.
