After The Rains Came. Evening Primrose
In a land where beauty would otherwise be destined to destraction, water is the essence of life.
In the Indian villages of Arizona the most familiar sound is that of a drum. A drum is a very important part of their life. In every Indian home there is a drum. Once you hear that sound you will never forget it. You can hear it in the wee hours of the morning while you are asleep or dreaming. It is a strange sound but it is familiar. If you hear it in the early evening or night it will mix and blend with fire, smoke and stars. It fills the atmosphere. It fills the very air you breathe. It goes deep into your body 'til it reaches your heart, your mind and your soul. Then it becomes a part of you, and in spirit you become an Indian forever. Amen.
