The pottery on these two pages represents five potters and four generations of the Nampeyo family. Right is a reproduction of a hand tinted picture of Nampeyo. The pot pictured below, and full top view left, was bought in 1910 directly from the artist and is signed on the bottom "Nam-pa-ye." Dextra, Nampeyo's great granddaughter, is pictured lower left.
