All three are great for fishermen, skin divers, spear fishermen, snorkelers, boaters and beach lovers. The sparkling turquoise waters of the Caribbean are so transparent that skin divers can see for 130 feet below the water.

At Cancun billions of dollars have been spent and billions more are committed by the Federal Government in cooperation with the Banco de Mexico, the central bank which is also coordinating private investment in hotels and services. The choice of Cancun was no fluke. The location was actually selected by a computer, following a 3-year study of meteorological and geographic factors, transport facilities and tourists preferences and habits.
