MOUNTAIN
Deep within the heart of the San Francisco Peaks, summer's fierce throb of life is stilled now in the throes of autumn, its crystal breath caressing mountain slope and meadow, igniting a blush of muted citrons and sulphurs flung against the depthless backdrop of chrysolite and variscite of fir and pine. The very air is hushed and waiting. And beyond hovers the sky dome, Nature's harbinger of seasons, already tainted with winter's icy sapphires and cloudscapes hinting of the silent snows to come. olden-tinged aspens in the mountains.
