This weekend is the last time you'll be able to get a Grand Canyon National Park entrance pass for $25. Starting Monday, June 1, the price will increase to $30.

The standard park pass is for passenger vehicles. Motorcycle passes are also going up, from $12 to $25. People who enter via park shuttles, bicycles, the Grand Canyon Railway, river-rafting or walking will pay $15 instead of the current $12. All passes are good for seven days.

The current entrance fees have been in place since 2006, and park officials have said the increases are necessary to maintain Canyon facilities and services.

Backcountry permits will increase June 1 as well. For more information on those increases, click here.

Commercial entrance fees will not be affected by the increase.
