A devastating wildfire continues to burn across the North Rim of Grand Canyon National Park, threatening one of the most iconic and beloved landscapes in the world. As firefighters work around the clock to battle the flames, Grand Canyon Conservancy (GCC) — the park’s official nonprofit partner — and its generous donors are stepping up to provide critical support.

While the full extent of the damage is not yet known, one thing is clear: This treasured place has been deeply impacted. In response, GCC has launched the Grand Canyon Disaster Recovery Fund to aid in long-term recovery efforts.

“This is more than a fire —i t’s a crisis for the people who love the canyon and for the canyon itself,” said Elizabeth Silkes, CEO of Grand Canyon Conservancy. “We are committed to standing with the North Rim every step of the way as it heals.”

Donations to the Grand Canyon Disaster Recovery Fund will:

  • Assist with response and recovery efforts
  • Address critical needs that emerge as the situation evolves
  • Support the long-term restoration and healing of this iconic landscape

Grand Canyon Conservancy invites the public to join in helping to ensure the recovery of this extraordinary landscape for future generations to enjoy.
