It's National Get Outdoors Day, So ... Get Outdoors!

Today is the eighth annual National Get Outdoors Day, which started in 2008 as a way to encourage healthy, active outdoor fun.

In Arizona this year, two events are officially affiliated with the holiday. There's one at Parker Canyon Lake in Southern Arizona, and another one with Salt River Tubing northeast of Phoenix.
