WILLCOX
The historic district features the Willcox Commercial, Arizona’s oldest continually operating store, where Geronimo shopped, and the saloon where Warren Earp lost his final gunfight. The Rex Allen Museum showcases the famous Western movie star and singer, and the annual Rex Allen Days celebration tips its hat to Willcox’s ranching and agricultural influences.

DOUGLAS
Douglas enchants you with tales of its mining and ranching past and rich Mexican culture. Not far from town is a National Historic Landmark, Slaughter Ranch, once belonging to John Slaughter, a Cochise County sheriff. Marvel at the historic Hotel Gadsden, with its magnificent marble columns and staircase and Tiffany-inspired stained-glass window.

BISBEE
Once “Queen of the Copper Camps,” Bisbee is nestled among the Mule Mountains. Its mines closed in the 1970s, but its legacy is preserved in mining landscape and architecture – including the Heritage Stairs that cling to steep canyon sides. Today, the booming mining town is an eclectic combination of antique shops, art galleries and delicious eateries.

SIERRA VISTA
The “Hummingbird Capital of the United States” is Cochise County’s largest city. In addition to stunning natural beauty, the city offers adventure seekers exhilarating opportunities such as road cycling, mountain biking and rock climbing. Outside town, the National Park Service operates Coronado National Memorial, nearly 5,000 acres remembering Francisco Vázquez de Coronado’s march from Mexico in search of the Seven Cities of Gold.
