Saddle up and come to Sonoita Arizona. Located 30 miles Southeast of Tucson.  in a beautiful spot tucked between the Santa Rita, Mustang, and Huachuca Mountains.

Steve and Gail Getzwiller have been working with Navajo weavers since the 1970s and have opened their old ranch house gallery to the public, a presentation like you have never seen before.  Offering the very finest vintage and contemporary Navajo Weavings, including the exclusive “Navajo Churro Collection”, as well as a fine selection of Native American Basketry, Pottery, Katchinas, Folk Art, and Jewelry. 

The weavings are direct from the land of the Navajo to Sonoita, painstakingly hand made by artists whose families have followed the traditions of weavers for generations. Now, their work, their creations made in the shadows of Monument Valley and other regions of the Navajo reservation can become part of another family’s home.

In this hilltop setting overlooking the rolling grasslands of Sonoita, one is not far from longtime cattle ranches going back to Arizona territorial days. It’s the perfect setting for viewing antique saddle blankets and other vintage weavings.  The gallery offers the finest and largest selection of historic Navajo weavings, including saddle blankets, Chief’s blankets, and other rugs dating from the late 1800s to 1940s.
